We are locals who live here in Rotorua and we are passionate about our town as a tourist destination.

We take our roles as tourism ambassadors rather seriously. We would like to think we are available to travelers and locals who may have an inquiry, need some advice or have an issue with a voucher that needs a little human intervention to help sort out.                                                                                                                       
We have created a website-based contact form (see below) that you may fill out to send to us, this comes directly to our support team email which we monitor on our cell phones. We have recently introduced a chat program capable of real time chat with one of our support team which we envisage will be an awesome tool for us to be there when you need us.

Rotorua has proven to be a home to many hidden gems that a lot of New-Zealanders overlook while on holiday. No matter the weather you will find something awesome to do. 

Take a ride in the Redwoods on a Hard Tail Mountain Bike or Escape the world and head on over to The Secret Spot, have a blast with the family on board a High-Octane Jet Boat or paddle your way down the Kaituna River.
